Born in 1967, Graduated from Boston University, MA, USA with Bachelor degree in Finance in 1989. Held a Master of Business Administration with concentration in Finance in 1990 from University of San Francisco, San Fransisco, CA., USA, as well as a Master of Science in Finance degree in 1993 from Boston College, Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
She serves as the Director of PT. Fuji Finance Indonesia since June 2024. She is also serve as the Commissioner of PT. Charnic Capital since 2018.
She previously served as the President Director of PT. Fuji Finance Indonesia 2017-2024. the Commissioner of PT. Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk from 2016-2021. Her past working experience was an Accountant at State Street Bank, Boston, USA, Mutual Fund International [1992 – 1993], Assistant Manager at Citibank N.A., Jakarta. Security Services in 1995.
She is affiliated with Anton Santoso, who is the President Commissioner and the shareholder of the Company.

Born in 1988, Graduated from Parahyangan Catholic University with an Economics degree in Accounting.
She serves as the Independent Director since 2019.

Born in 1969, He graduated from University of Lowell, Massachusetts, USA with bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in 1991. He Held a Master of Science in Finance degree from Boston College, Boston, Massachusetts, USA in 1992.
He is the President Commissioner of PT. Fuji Finance Indonesia Tbk since 2017. He also serves as the President Director of PT. Charnic Capital Tbk since 2007.
He is the chairman and founder of Okansa Group of companies since 1994. He is also currently serving as board member in various other companies.
He previously served as President Commissioner of PT. Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk (2017-2022), President Director of PT. Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk [2013-2017], President Director of PT. Okansa Capital Tbk (2003-2007), President Director of PT. Okansa Persada Tbk (2003-2007), and other top level management of various companies.

Born in 1946, Graduated from Trisakti University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 1974 with Power Electrical Engineering Degree.
He is the Commissioner of PT. Fuji Finance Indonesia since 2017. He also serves as President Commissioner of PT. Charnic Capital Tbk since 2018, and President Director of PT. Colcorindo Raya since 1978.
He previously served as President Director of PT. Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk from 2018-2021
He is affiliated with Anton Santoso; who is the President Commissioner and the shareholder of the Company.
